Yes, we deliver!
Wellington Fleur & Co offers local delivery in Toronto and across many locations within the GTA. Our services ensure that each order is carefully packaged and handled. Click here to check if you are located in an eligible delivery zone.
In-Store pickup
Place your flower order online for FREE in-store pickup. We will have your order ready at our downtown studio location at 28 Bathurst Street during your preferred time window.
Our delivery process
- Submit your order before 11am the day before your desired delivery date
- Provide accurate and complete information including address, email and phone number
- On the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a text message 4 hours prior to your delivery to inform you of the drivers arrival time and a second text message when the driver has arrived
Tips for a successful delivery
Order in advance
We strongly encourage you to place your order in advance when possible to ensure we can accommodate your delivery needs.
Double check your personal information
To guarantee a smooth process, please make sure that your delivery information is accurate and complete. We want our flowers to reach the right home.
Condo/apartment residents
If you live in a condo or apartment complex, please provide a buzzer code to your building or be available to take the flowers when the driver arrives. If the driver is unable to enter the building and the concierge will not let them in, the flowers will be left in the lobby.
Stay in the loop
We strongly recommend opting in to text communications to stay up to date with your order. If we are unable to communicate with the recipient regarding the delivery time and or the wrong information was provided, we cannot guarantee a successful delivery.
Be ready
If the recipient does not accept the delivery directly (e.g. left at front door, received by concierge) they will receive a text communication that their delivery is complete with a photo of where their order has been left. We are not responsible for theft of damage after delivery.
